Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Missy_Tagtemplate 280 made by Missy which can be downloaded from Divine Intentionz
Font used was Lavishly Yours ROB

- Lets get started -

Open Missys template in psp - delete copyrite layer - unhide background layer
On the oval layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none
Duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - set to 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - add a drop shadow
On the original layer - change the blend mode to luminance (L) - on the oval layer - effects - texture effects - weave - boxes to white

With your selection tool set to rectangle - draw around your tube - on the oval layer hit delete - fill with black
Selections - all - float - defloat - modify - expand by 1 - selections - modify - selections border - set to 5 - add a new raster layer
Fill with white - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - uniform, monochrome, 40% - add a drop shadow

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - on the oval layer - selections - all - float - defloat - invert
Back on the tube layer rease parts that overhang the border - see my tag - selections - none - add a drop shadow to your tube

On the circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate - blur - gaussian blur - set to 3.00
On the original tube layer - change the blend mode to luminance (L) - add a drop shadow
On the frame layer - adjust - hue&saturation - colourise to match your tube - add a drop shadow
Repeat this for the hearts, words, blur & the smitten wordart - add drop shadows to them all

With your font add your name - position - add a drop shadow

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
Save your tag!
