Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Yvette_EOC_TagTemplate101 made by me which can be downloaded from Essence Of Creativity
Vix_Mask 159 made by Vix which can be downloaded from Vix PSP
Xenofex 2 - Constellation
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Mura Mesiters - Copies
Fonts used were Bitdust 2 & Ambiance BT Swash ROB

- Lets get started -

Open my template in psp - delete copyrite layer - unhide background layer
On the black circles layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - set your foreground & background to 2 colours
Change your colour palette to gradient - foreground-background - fill your new layer - copy & paste your tube as a new layer
Selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate your tube - image - mirror - add a drop shadow
On the gradient layer - effects - texture effects - weave - 1, 15, 1, colour boxes to match your tube - fill gaps selected - add a drop shadow

On the white circles layer - adjust - add/remove noise - uniform, monochrome, 40% - adjust - sharpness - unsharpen mask
Default settings - add a drop shadow

On the pink circles layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none
Effects - texture effects - blinds - 1, 10, colour black, both boxes selected - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer

On the black oval layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with your gradient - selections - none
Effects - texture effects - blinds - same settings as earlier - with your small font write out your text - convert to raster
Effects - plugins - mura meisters - copies - tiling

Add a drop shadow - reduce the opacity to around 50% - on the pink rectangle layer - select with your magic wand
Add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On the white rectangle layer - adjust - add/remove noise - same settings as earlier - adjust - sharpness - unsharpen mask - same settings
On the stars layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none
On the text layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none
Adjust - add/remove noise - same settings as earlier - adjust - sharpness - unsharpen mask - same settings - delete original layer

Add a new raster layer above your background layer - fill with a colour from your tube - layers - new mask from image
Apply Vix's mask - merge group - position to the left - duplicate - image - mirror - position - merge down together
Effects - plugins - xenofex 2 - constellation - small stars

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - move to the top - position - add a drop shadow

With your font - add your name - position - effects - eye candy - gradient glow - fat setting - colour boxes to match your tube
3, 100, 100, boxed selected

Add a drop shadow - 1, 1, 40, 4, black

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
Save your tag!
