Supplies needed:
TUbe of choice
Scrapkit used was 'Inspiration' made by Sarah which can be purchased from Pimp My Tags With Scraps
If you do not have this kit please use another & use my tutorial as a guide
Template16 by Sylvie which can be downloaded from Sylly Creationz
Vix_mask230 made by Vix which can be downloaded from Vix PSP
Font used was Alex Brush

- Lets get started -

Open Sylvies template in psp - delete the copyrite & all the text layers - image - rotate right by 90 - all layers checked
On the white rectangle layer - select with your magic wand - copy & paste paper 7 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - add a drop shadow
On the pink rectangle layer - select with your magic wand - copy & paste paper 9 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On the black rectangle - select with your magic wand - copy & paste paper 2 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none
Add a drop shadow - delete the original layer

On the white circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 1 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On black circle small layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 4 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On the pink circle layer- selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 9 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer
On black circle large small layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 4 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer

On the small pink circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 6 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer

Copy & paste tag 1 as a new layer - resize - position - add a drop shadow - with your font add your name - position - add a drop shadow

On the black stars layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 4 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer

Copy & paste paper 7 as a new layer - move so that its above your background layer - layer - new mask from image
Apply Vix's mask - merge group - resize if needed

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
Save your tag!
