Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was 'Frostbitten' made by Sarah which can be purchased from Pimp My Tags With Scraps
If you do not have this scrapkit please use another & use my tutorial as a guide
Template 14 made by Sylvie which can be downloaded from Syllycreationz
Vix_Mask230 made by Vix which can be downloaded from Vix PSP
Xenofex2 - Constellation
Font used was Romance Fetal

- Lets get started -

Open Sylvies template in psp - delete copyrite layer - image - canvas size - set to 750 x 650 - fill background with white
On the large pink circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 11 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - none - add a drop shadow - delete the original layer

On the white circle - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 3 as a new layer - selections - invert
Hit delete - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise - uniform, monochrome, 40% - add a drop shadow - delete original layer

On the small pink circle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 2 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete
Selections - invert - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate your tube
Adjust - blur - gaussian blur - set to 3.00 change blend mode to soft light - on original layer change the blend mode to luminance(L)
Back on the duplicate tube - effects - texture effects - blinds - 4, 1-, colour box black, both boxes selected - add a drop shadow
On the paper layer - effects - texture effects - weave - 2, 15, 1, colour boxes white, fill gaps selected - add a drop shadow

On the dotted circle layer small - change the blend mode to soft light - add a drop shadow
On the large dotted circle - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none

Delete the rectangle layer cos we dont need it lol

Merge down your black sqaure layers - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 3 as a new layer - selections - invert
Hit delete - selections - invert - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none
Duplicate your tube - position in the other square - erase the parts that overhang - merge toegther both tubes - duplicate
Adjust - blur - gaussian blur - set to 3.00 - change the blend mode to soft light - on original layer change the blend mode to luminance(L)
Back to the square layers - selections - all - float - defloat - expand by 1 - selections - selection borders - set to 5.00
Copy & paste paper 2 as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - adjust - add/remove noise
Uniform, monochrome, 40% - add a drop shadow

Copy & paste your main tube as a new layer - position - add a drop shadow

Copy & paste any of the snowflakes as new layers - i kept duplicating mine so that it darkened them - add drop shadows

Copy & paste the frosted tag - position - add a drop shadow - with your font add your name - positon - add a drop shadow

Copy & paste paper 4 as a new layer - move above your background layer - layers - new mask from image
Apply Vix's mask - merge group - position slightly up - duplicate - image - flip - position

Add the copyrite for the artist you used

Back on your tube layers in the squares - reduce both opacity to 50% - effects - plugins - xenofex 2 - constellation - small stars

Edit - copy merged - paste as a new layer animation in animation shop
Back to psp - hit undo - apply the xenofex constellation settings again but hit the random buttom
Edit - copy merged - paste after current frame in animation shop - edit - select all - animation - frame properties - set to 30
View your animation - if you think its too fast or too slow just change the frame properties again

Save your tag!
