Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Linda_CM_template 25 made by Linda which can be downloaded from Creative Misfits Creations
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Vm Extravaganza - Transmission
Xero - Abstractor
Font used was Bank Gothic

- Lets get started -

Open Lindas template in psp - delete copyrite layer - unhide background layer
On the pink oval layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none
On the shape layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none
Duplicate - effects - plugins - xero - abstractor

Change the blend mode to soft light - on the orignal change the blend mode to luminance(L) - add a drop shadow
Reduce the opacity to both tube layers to around 60% - back on the shape layer - effects - texture effects

Add a drop shadow to both tube layers & the shape layer
Back on the oval layer - effects - texture effects - weave - colour boxes set to white - 1, 15, 1, fill gaps selected
With your selection tool set to rectangle draw around the shape with your tube on it - hit delete on the oval layer - fill with the same colour

On the pink rectangle layer - select with your magic wand - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - none
Adjust - add/remove noise - uniform, monochrome, 40% - effects - plugins - eye candy - gradient glow - 3, 100, 100

Add a drop shadow - on the black rectangle - add a drop shadow - on the wordart glow & wordart - adjust - hue & saturation
Change the colour so that it matches your tag - add drop shadows to both - repeat this for the lower & upper glow circle

On the lower circle pink - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube - selections - invert
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate - change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube change the blend mode to luminance(L) - effects - texture effects - blinds(same setting) - repect for the upper circle pink

On the small text layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube
Selections - none - delete the original layer - add a drop shadow

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - position - add a drop shadow - move below the text layer

On the oval radar layer - adjust - hue & saturation - colourise to match your tube - add a drop shadow

On the black oval layer - duplicate - add a drop shadow - on the original - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 20.00
Effects - plugins - vm extravaganza - transmission

With your font add your name - position - add a drop shadow

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
Save your tag!
