Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Scrapkit used was 'Romance' made by Tamie which can be purchased from Addictive Pleasures
If you do not have this kit please use another & use my tutorial as a guide
Missy_TagTemplate319 made by Missy which can be downloaded from Divine Intentionz
Font used was Ambiance BT Squash Rob

- Lets get started -

Open Missys template in psp - delete copyrite layer - unhide background
On the frame background layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 8 as a new layer
Selections - invert - hit delete - selections - invert - copy & paste your tube as a new layer
Selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light - on the original layer change the blend mode to luminance (L) - add a drop shadow to the frame

On circle 2 layer selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - selections - invert
With your erase tool erase the bits that overhang the circle at the bottom - selections - none - add a drop shadow

On the rounded rectangle layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste paper 2 as a new layer
Selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - delete original layer - add a drop shadow
Merge heart 2 down to heart 1 - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new layer - fill with a colour from your tube
Selections - none - adjust - add/move noise - 50% - uniform - monochrome - add a drop shadow

On the circle 3 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - copy & paste a paper as a new layer
Selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - add a drop shadow to the glittered circle layer

With a small font write out your text - repeat it until you have covered all circle 2 - convert to raster
On circle 2 selections - all - float - defloat - selections - invert - on the text layer hit delete - selections - none
Reduce the opacity to around 30% - add a drop shadow - move below your tube layer if it isnt already
On circle 1 layer - selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube
Selections - none - delete the original layer - adjust - add/move noise - 50% - uniform - monochrome - add a drop shadow

On raster layer 1 - select with your magic wand - copy & paste a paper as a new layer
Selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none - delete original layer - add a drop shadow
On the 3 hearts layer selections - all - float - defloat - add a new raster layer - fill with a colour from your tube
Selections - none - delete the original layer - adjust - add/move noise - 50% - uniform - monochrome - add a drop shadow
Repeat this for the passion text & the small heart - add a drop shadow to the brush layer

Copy & paste ele19 as a new layer - resize - position - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste ele51 & 53 as new layers - resize - position on the envelope - add drop shadows

With your font add your name - position - add a drop shadow

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
