Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice, i used a few of Kristins for this tag which can be purchased from Toxic Desirez
Tag template 346 made by Missy which can be downloaded from Divine Intentionz
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Xero - Radience
Font used was New Romantics

- Lets get started -

Open template in psp-delete copyrite layer-unhide background layer
On the frame background layer-select with your magic wand-copy & paste a paper as a new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-invert-copy & paste your tube as a new layer-selections-invert
Hit delete-selections-none-Duplicate your tube-adjust-blur-more blur-change blend mode to screen
On the original change blend mode to luminance (L)-back on the duplicate-effects-texture effects-blinds

On the paper layer-effects-texture effects-weave

Add a drop shadow to your original tube layer & the frame layer

On the large circle layer-selections-all-float-defloat-copy & paste a paper as a new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-none-i copied & pasted a frame around the circle as well
If you dont have a round frame just add a drop shadow to glittered circle layer-delete original layer

On the small circle right layer-selections-all-float-defloat-copy & paste your tube as a new layer
Change blend mode to luminance(L)-apply the same blinds settings-add a drop shadow to the small circle right 1 layer-repeat this for the small circle left layers

On the circle left layer-selections-all-float-defloat-copy & paste your tube as a new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-none-duplicate-adjust-blur-more blur-change blend mode to soft light-apply the same blinds settings as earlier-on original change blend mode to luminance(L)
Effects-plugins-xero-radience

Add a drop shadow to the glittered circle layer

Copy & paste your main tube as a new layer-position-duplicate-adjust-blur-more blur
Change blend mode to soft light-add a drop shadow to original tube layer

Copy & paste any elements from the kit your using as new layers-position-add drop shadows

With your font add your name-position-adjust-add/remove noise

Effects-plugins-eye candy-gradient glow-3.00-100-100

Add a drop shadow

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
