Supplies needed:
Tubes of choice
Scrapkit used was 'Toxic Candyland' made by Kristin which can be purchased from here or here
If you do not have this kit please use another & use my tutorial as a guide
Missy_Tagtemplates334made by Missy which can be downloaded from Divine Intentionz
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Fonts used were Weltron & Oh La La

- Lets get started -

Open Missys template in psp-delete the copyrite layer & the text layers-image-canvas size-750 x 650
Unhide the background layer-fill with white-on the circle left 2 layer-selections-all-float-defloat
Copy & paste a paper as a new layer-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-invert-copy & paste your tube as a new layer-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-none-duplicate-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-3
Change the blend mode to soft light-effects-texture effects-blinds

On the original layer change the blend mode to luminance (L)-on the circle left layer apply the same blinds settings as you did your tube-add a drop shadow-on the circle right 2-selections-all-float-defloat-copy & paste a paper as a new layer-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-invert-copy & paste your tube as a new layer-selections-invert-hit delete-selectins-none-duplicate your tube & do the same as above-on the circle right layer apply the same blinds settings-add a drop shadow

On the frame background 2 layer-selections-all-float-defloat-copy & paste paper as a new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-invert-copy & paste your tube as a new layer-selections-invert-hit delete-selections-none-change blend mode to luminance(L)-add a drop shadow
On the background layer-effects-texture effects-weave

Add a drop shadow to the frames layer-on frame background 1 layer-repeat the same but use a different paper

On the med circle layer-selections-all-float-defloat-copy & paste paper as a new layer-selections
Invert-hit delete-selections-none-effects-texture effects-blinds-same settings as earlier

With your font-add some words-objects-align-center of canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-eye candy-gradient glow-3.00-100-100

You might want to mess around with the colours to get them right-add a drop shadow
With your small font add some more words-position-add a drop shadow

Copy & paste the sparkles as a new layer-position-add a drop shadow
Copy & paste buckle 1 as a new layer-position-with your selection tool set to point to point-draw around the metal part of the buckle that you want to delete to make it look like its hooked around the frame-hit delete-selections-none-add a drop shadow-copy & paste another buckle & repeat this again

Copy & paste skull 4 as a new layer-resize-image-rotate 15 left-position-add a drop shadow
Copy & paste the wire as a new layer-move below all your other layers-position to the left-add a drop shadow-duplicate-image-mirror-position-copy & paste splats 1 & 3 as new layers-position-add drop shadows

Copy & paste your main tube as a new layer-positin-add a drop shadow

With your font add your name-position-add a drop shadow

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
