Supplies needed:
Tubes of choice
TagTemplate112 made by me which can be downloaded from Essence Of Creativity
Scrap elements of choice, i used bits from different scrapkits from Toxic Desirez
Vix_Mask109 made by Vix which can be downloaded from Vix PSP
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Xero - Radience
Font used was LDJ Jilly Nilly

- Lets get started -

Open my template in psp-delete copyrite layer-unhide background layer
On the square 1 layer-selections-all-float-defloat-copy & paste your tube as a new layer-position
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-none-duplicate-adjust-blur-blur more-change blend mode to soft light-effects-texture effects-blinds

On the original layer change the blend mode to luminance (L)-add a drop shadow to the frame layer
Repeat thsi for the square 2 & frame 2 layers

On the pink circle layer-selections-all-float-defloat-add a new raster layer
Set your foreground & background to 2 colours from your tube-set colour palette to gradient
Fill your new layer with gradient-copy & paste your tube as a new layer-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-none-duplicate-change the blend mode to soft light-same blinds settings as earlier
Also apply the same blinds settings to the circle layer-add a drop shadow-delete original circle layer
Back on your original tube layer-change blend mode to luminance(L)-effects-plugins-xero-radience

On the rectangle layer-select with your magic wand-add a new raster layer-fill with a colour from your tube-selections-none-apply the same blinds settings as earlier but uncheck the top box
Add a drop shadow-delete the original rectangle layer-on the stars layer-selections-all-float-defloat
Add a new raster layer-fill with a colour from your tube-selections-none-add a drop shadow

Copy & paste your main tube as a new layer-position-duplicate-adjust-blur-blur more-change blend mode to soft light-on the original layer add a drop shadow

Copy & paste any elements from the kit you are using-position-add drop shadows

With your font add your name-position-effects-plugins-eye candy-gradient glow-3.00-100-100

Add a new raster layer above your background layer-fill with black-layers-new mask from image
Apply Vix's mask-merge group-resize if needed

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
